Node Group and Stratcomm Africa have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening strategic communications and reputation management services for organisations operating across Eastern, Western and Southern Africa.
The partnership seeks to deliver African-led communication solutions tailored to the needs of businesses and institutions across the continent by leveraging the complementary strengths of both firms.
Under the agreement, the two agencies will jointly deliver strategic communications services for high-profile clients and multi-market campaigns, while strengthening institutional capacity through structured knowledge-sharing, staff exchanges and the adoption of best practices.
The collaboration will also enable both organisations to provide integrated support to clients operating in multiple African markets by combining their regional expertise. Node Group has an established presence in East Africa, while Stratcomm Africa is a leading communications consultancy in West Africa.
Speaking on the partnership, Ian Rumanyika, Chief Executive Officer of Node Group, said the agreement aligns with the company's vision as it marks a decade of operations.
"This partnership comes at a pivotal time when Node is celebrating 10 years under the theme, 'Transforming What Is Next.' It is a fitting reminder that the future of communication lies not in standing still, but in collaboration, adaptation and shared insight. As the landscape evolves, so must the strategies that shape reputation and stakeholder trust. Together, we are transforming what is next by building bridges, not just campaigns."
Esther A. N. Cobbah, Founder of Stratcomm Africa, said the collaboration demonstrates the growing importance of African partnerships in delivering world-class communications services.
"Stratcomm Africa is not only expanding its footprint through this collaboration; we are also demonstrating the power of African partnerships. This MoU represents a shared vision to set new benchmarks for effective communication and reputation management across Africa."
Together, the two agencies bring more than 40 years of combined experience in strategic communications, public relations, reputation management, media relations, stakeholder engagement, market research and brand management.
As part of the first year of implementation, the partners have developed a roadmap that includes joint thought leadership initiatives, staff training programmes and the execution of a pilot project aimed at demonstrating the value of the collaboration.
The partnership reflects a growing trend among African communications firms to build regional alliances that enable clients to access consistent, locally informed and integrated communications services across multiple markets.
